Slewing Bearing

Slewing bearings are large bearings able to support radial and axial forces as well as tilting moments. They are suitable in application where loads are high, the space is restricted and the reliability is important. So for example Omnia slewing bearings can find room in excavators, cranes, turn table and so on.
Omnia slewing ring bearings are fitted with threaded holes, on the outer ring or on the inner ring, in order to be easily fixed by means of bolts to their mating components. The other ring is toothed.
Raceways and the integrated teeth are case hardened. They can be differently treated taking in account the different requirements of the parts and the tilting moment.
